David Martin has over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry He has concentrated efforts in the retail sector and Triple Net portion of the business where he has completed over sixty projects to date. David’s primary focus has been working with national retailers on expansion programs. Clients have included Amoco Oil, Pep Boys, Walgreens, McDonalds, Circle K, Eckerds, CVS, 7-11 and Home Depot.
